Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy explains what personal information AmG AI collects through this website, why we collect it, and who else handles it.

Who we are

AmG AI is a founder-led software and applied AI business based in Alberta, Canada. We operate this website. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AmG AI.

Information you provide

We receive the information that you choose to give us. This can happen in three ways.

  • Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your full name, your email address, your company name (optional) and your message.
  • Discovery Call booking. When you book a call, you enter your details on Calendly’s booking page. Calendly collects the information you provide when scheduling, and we receive the booking details so we can hold the call.
  • Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Please avoid including sensitive details, such as financial or health information, in your message. We do not need them to respond to a first inquiry.

How we use your information

We use inquiry and booking information to:

  • read and respond to your message;
  • schedule, hold and prepare for a Discovery Call, and follow up afterwards; and
  • talk with you about the services you asked about.

Third-party services

We use two outside services to receive and manage inquiries. Each is run by a separate company.

Formspree. Our Contact form is provided by Formspree. When you send the form, your name, email address, company and message are transmitted to Formspree, which processes the submission and passes it on to us. Formspree may also keep a copy of it. Formspree’s own policy applies to how it handles your information: Formspree Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Calendly. The Discovery Call buttons on this site open our Calendly booking page in a new tab. The details you enter there go to Calendly, which shares the booking with us. Calendly’s own notice applies to how it handles your information: Calendly Privacy Notice (opens in a new tab).

As with most online services, Formspree and Calendly may automatically receive technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, when you use them. We do not control what they collect or how they use it; their policies explain that.

Messages you send by email are also handled by our email provider. This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, whose privacy practices are their own.

Storage, retention and processing outside Canada

Your information is held by the services that handled it: Formspree for form submissions, Calendly for bookings, and our email account for messages we receive.

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you, to follow up on any conversation or work that results, and for our business records. When we no longer need it, we delete it. Formspree and Calendly keep information under their own policies and settings, so a copy may remain with them until it is deleted there.

Formspree, Calendly and other online services may store and process information on servers in other countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be handled outside Alberta and Canada, where privacy laws can differ from those in Canada.

No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

Contacting us about your information

You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, or with any question about this policy. Please include the name and email address you used so we can find it. Because Formspree and Calendly keep their own records, you may also need to contact them about information they hold.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, so please check back occasionally.
